Thomsons Online Benefits was named Firm of the Year, while Jelf Employee Benefits scooped a hat-trick of trophies at the Corporate Adviser Awards ceremony in London last night.
Thomsons Online Benefits chief executive Michael Whitfield also walked away with the gong for Best Use of Technology by a Corporate Adviser at the event at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Jelf Employee Benefits were corporate awards winners in the Group Risk Adviser, Best Cashplan Solution and Healthcare Adviser of the Year categories.
Bluefin was honored with the Pension Adviser of the Year award, while Buck Consultants took home the trophy for Best Member Communication Strategy.
The award for Best Integrated Health and Wellbeing Solution went to Lorica Consulting, with Willis Employee Benefits named Group Income Protection Adviser of the Year.
The gong for Best Strategy for Investment Advice on Pensions was once again won by LCP.
In the Small Firm of the Year category, 80Twenty Consultancy were named as victors.
Scottish Widows was voted Best Group Pension Provider, with Unum named Best Group Risk Provider and Bupa singled out as Best Healthcare Provider. BHSF was named Best Cashplan Provider.
The Ultimate Default Fund 2012 award went to Scottish Life Governed Range, with the fund winning the category for the third year in a row.
